It's been really a long time since I received my first postcard from Algeria, so this one that reached me just this morning came as a nice refreshment. It shows Tuareg (also spelled Twareg or Touareg) people, a Berber people with a traditionally nomadic pastoralist lifestyle. They are the principal inhabitants of the Saharan interior of North Africa (mostly Niger, Mali and Algeria). They have their own language as well with about 1.2 million speakers. Many many thanks go to Bouchra for this wonderful postcards :)

Algeria
One of the small number of non-European countries in my collection - Algeria :) Samir sent me this beautiful view card from Algeria in January and removed Algeria from my list of missing countries. I am not gonna write much, I will just let you enjoy this nice view.
African stamps always seems so exotic on postcards and envelopes, it may sound little weird, but they seem different than stamps from European countries for me. Anyway, Samir used this nice stamp :) Thanks you, Samir!
