Another card that my sister sent me - it is a view from Strasbourg, France this time.

Although Strasbourg is quiet small city ( population of about 270 000), it is very important for the EU. Strasbourg is the city in France, located near the border with Germany, and the official seat of the European Parliament. Beside the European Parliament, it is the seat of several European institutions: the Council of Europe,  Eurocorps and the Central Commission for Navigation on the Rhine.
