UK

Buchingham Palace, in London, is the official residence and office of the British monarch. Located in the City of Westminser, the palace is a setting for state occasions and royal hospitality. It has been a focus for the British people at times of national rejoicing and crisis. Deirdre wrote to me that Queen goes on holiday  to Scotland  every summer and the palace is open to visitors for 10 days.

Great card that I traded in one private swap last year. The view is pretty nice and the stamps is even nicer. Although I'm not a big fan of cartoon stamps, this one looks quiet beautiful. Thanks, Deirdre!
