Iceland

The second postcard I received from Loa is an aerial view of Reykjavik, the capital and the largest community of Iceland with the population of about 170,000 (including outlying suburbs). The city name Reykjavik (Smokey Bay) originated from the columns of steam that the original settlers saw rising from the hot springs in the area. The mountain Esja (914 meters) can be seen in the back.

As a waterfall cards lover, it's totally normal that I'm fond of wateflall stamps as well. This one was launched this year, showing the Aldeyjarfoss waterfall.
