Austria

Salzburg is a city in Austria situated on banks of the Salzach River. With a population of approximately 150 000 inhabitants, it's the fourth largest city in Austria. Salzburg was the birthplace of composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Josef Mohr, one of two composers and writers of the song Silent Night. Due to a strong connection that city has with the music, Salzburg hosts Salzburg Festival, a very famous music festival, every year. Taking about the sights of Salzburg, it's important to mention that the Old Town of Salzburg was listed on the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list in 1997.
This wonderful postcards which has been in my favourites for a long time reached my mailbox today. I was so happy when I saw it in there :) Thanks, Andrea!
